A recent article in the Sydney Herald regarding the control of walkers in Tasmanian parks and in particular on the Overland Track, reminded me of a marvellous nine day trip that I did in January 1970 through the Cradle Reserve with Pat Harrison, and about some of the people we met on that popular walk.
